2,Spindle head structure is stable, heavy turning resistance, good heat dissipation, the spindle adopts labyrinth ring design, which can avoid the intrusion of moisture and dust, spindle bearings are equipped with Japanese NSK/German FAG P4 grade high-speed high-precision bearings, the highest speed up to 6,000 rpm/min, not only good machining accuracy, high finish and excellent stability.

3,Both X and Z axes adopt high-precision servo-driven motors, precision ball screws are adopted from Taiwan Shangyin HIWIN/Yintai PMI C3 grade precision grinding grade ball screws, and linear guides are adopted from Taiwan Shangyin HIWIN/Yintai PMI heavy-duty precision grade linear guides, with full-stroke straightness calibration, to ensure the machine tool has high motion efficiency, good accuracy, strong resistance to heavy cutting, and stable maintainability.

4,The control system is based on high stability system, stable performance, strong function, quick response, high degree of humanisation, with optimised parameter adjustment, so that the machine can play out the optimal cutting conditions.

5,Row knife type tool holder with extra large stroke, row knife + power head combination, accurate positioning, fast speed and high efficiency.
