At the initial stage, the company introduced international advanced equipment and technology concepts, absorbed 20 years of industry experience in the technical backbone, the establishment of standardised production and quality control system, for subsequent development to build a solid foundation.
Technology breakthrough period (2016-2020): deep ploughing of technology, qualification leaping up
At this stage, Shenzhou CNC started the technology upgrade, focusing on the layout of power turret milling and turning, dual spindle dual turret milling and turning and other precision models, breakthroughs in high-precision machining and composite machining of the core technology. 2020, October, the company's registered capital increased from 1 million yuan to 5 million yuan, expanding production capacity and investment in research and development. At the same time, the company has been successfully recognised as Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise, and has obtained 26 patents and 9 software copyrights, achieving a double breakthrough in technical strength and intellectual property layout.
Market Expansion Period (2021-2023): Expanding territory and upgrading customers
Relying on technical advantages, Shenzhou NC has accelerated market development, and its products have been extended from economic machine tools to high-end milling-turning, power turret, box-type milling-turning and other series, covering new energy vehicles, new energy batteries, drones, humanoid robots, semiconductors, 3C electronics, automation equipment, aerospace and other high-end fields. The company has become an excellent supplier for the head enterprises in various fields, and has set up two production bases in Shenzhen and Yunnan, with a total area of 12,000 square metres, which has significantly improved the production capacity and delivery capability. Service system continues to improve, the formation of “pre-sale free sampling, sales programme adaptation, free after-sales training, machine warranty of one year, life-long maintenance” of the whole chain of service mode.
Steady development period (2024-present): qualification upgrades, smart growth
